No posts in this section yet thought I'd share my cold smoker. It's made from one of the old wine barrels we had kicking about. Made a custom lid and kept the original for a lazy susan cheeseboard thingy majig.
It's great for smoking bacon, trout, cheese, nuts, etc. Yet to do salmon or anything else on it yet.
I'm running a NZ Made Smokai on it and works pretty good, maybe a little too good for the cheese so I'm looking at scoring one of those Amazen pellet smokers for the cheese.

Anyone want a wicked Cold Smoked Maple Bacon recipe, check out this dude I stumbled on the Tube. I've tried it out and it's good.
