Im about to brew a Sam Adams Boston Lager clone, using the pressurised fermentation method, my question is do i treat as a true lager and apply pressure straight away or do i treat it as an ale and let it ferment naturally?

I do 99% of all beers under pressure, only maybe wheat, saisons and some Belgians where you want a lot of yeast esters, even then as long as you stay under 10psi all should be good.. All other ales and lagers done under pressure no issues! Cheers!

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
