Fermentor Volume 19ltrs
Boil time 60mins
OG 1050
FG 1013

Pilsner malt 3.0kg
Munich malt 0.99kg
Carafa Type 111 0.21kg
Caramunich type 1 0.15kg
Dark chocolate malt 0.02kg

Hallertauer hersbruker 30g @60mins
" " 15g @15mins
Tettnanger 16g @15 mins

Wyeast 2124 Bohemian Lager 1 pkt
whirflock 1 tab 15min
yeast Nutrient 5g 10min

Step Mash

50c for 20mins
Raise mash to 67 for 60mins
Mash out at 76c for 10mins
Sparge 76c water for 60mins

Primary Ferment 12 days at 8c
Bottle or Keg and lager at 2c

how long would you lager this at 2c?

if you were to bottle do you carb then lager or do you lager then carb?

if you keg it, do you gas it up then lager it at 2c cos id end up drinking it hahahaha

carb in keg then lager 1-2 months
same for bottle prime/ lager 1-2months
can lager for longer but must have a fridge for that extended period of time

Ive had my Dortmunder in the conditioning fridge for over 2 months now
ready for October Fest.. :P
