Hi there thanks for the add,
been a long time on the side lines and i read heaps also watch nilly every video on youtube on brewing also all of  gash`s  brewing videos 
I have been brewing a long time with all types : extracts and all grain with 2 x 30l Grainfathers / Braumeister 10l for small jobs and now a Brewzillar 65l this is the one i have yet to use now to work out the my water profile and hoping may be next week  to start .
i am in Adelaide northern .

hi would this water report help you work it out .

but i can say the drinking water is ok and my beer is ok but only thought it could be better i just see everyone using salts and bits

Hi Gaz,
I am in the Hills, most of the water in Adelaide is pretty good (dont think you attached the report). Most brewing software have water profile calculators attached where you can type in details from your report and adjust to whichever profile you are looking for. There is also EZ water calculator which is free.

Kit Brew Day Tomorrow, Black Rock Pale ale and number 40 larger brew enhancer by mangrove jacks. And possibly some honey. Yeast US05 ??
