Gidday David, Hope you dont mind me jumping in here. It all seems a bit boggling at first i know. Ive watched the video and my advice is to watch again and take notes and just give it a go. The best way to learn is by doing and tasting and keeping a log. Dont panic too much about it just do it. At the end of the day your going to make beer that you brewed yourself and you can be proud you learnt about brewing and your up and running. 1.5 kg Liquid Amber Malt
1.9 kg LDME
250g Crystal Malt
100g Chocolate Malt
15g Magnum 60mins
10g Columbus 10mins
15g Cascade 10mins
10g Columbus 0mins
15g Cascade 0mins

also that 1.9kg of ldme can easily be 2kg if it easier, Cheers mate!
