Hey Goff,

Its an absolute cracker I am very happy with it, I was a bit worried about the upfront bitterness I was getting when its just poured at 3C but as it warms up the hops really come out and as it has aged in the bottle its just getting better.
If I was going to change one thing I would either use only 30 grams in the 15 min addition eg 10g Centennial, 10g Citra, 10g Mosaic and then just add those extra hops to the 5 min addition making it 5min addition 30g Centennial, 30g Citra, 30g Mosaic.or just drop the 15 min addition all together and add it 1 min or Flame Out.
Give it a crack and let us know how it turns out.
Cheers
Rob

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
