Cleaning method for beer filter was created by Brodiep

Hi Gash,
Haven't posted for a while, been busy. I have moved to kegs and I actually filtered my last keg transfer, after watching one of your latest videos, it went well.
I was just wondering if you could give me your thoughts on cleaning the filter, it is one of the 1micron filter housing and filter from Keg Land, it worked well and I rinsed it for a while but did have a smell about it when it dried.
I have since soaked it in PBW and rinsed it in water and now it smells fine.

Your thoughts?

Gday Paul, at the end of my video theres how I clean it

Basically I rinse, and then soak in sodium percarb, I usually then run a sanitiser through it, probably not needed, but then I dry and after that store in a plastic bag in the fridge. Cheers!
