Made some stout about 6 weeks ago. Coopers Stout with a few xtras. Carbonated with drops. Its actually Quite a nice drop but does anyone know if you can carbonate with something else to get a nice head that will last the distance. Hope you can TA Railwayman

Not sure that anything you add to carbonate in the bottle will really help much in the head. Adding to the recipe will help though. What extras did you add to the kit? Cheers

Kit Brew Day Tomorrow, Black Rock Pale ale and number 40 larger brew enhancer by mangrove jacks. And possibly some honey. Yeast US05 ??
