Join seven ex and current Grain and Grape employees who have gone pro battle it out "Iron Chef" style on their own pilot systems. All brewers will come prepared to brew a beer of their choice and will be given a "secret ingredient" on the day. A tasting at a later date will ensue with the beer that best articulates the secret ingredient winning.
Ferg McGregors band Hootin' Nanny will add to the fun.
