Extract Only Black IPA was created by Dullahan Brewing
I have been hearing a few people singing the praises of black IPA brews recently. I was wondering is it possible to do one soley from extract kits, no grains involved?

In my opinion you will get a much better beer if you do a steep of grains though, there is a new easy trend on how you can do it, and thats just to soak them in cold water in the fridge overnight then just strain them in the morning.

Ok well i don't mind steeping grains so, but if i am i will do the normal hot water steep. I just thought there might be an all extract way is all.

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
