Munton's ale yeast was created by DaveyM
Gday folks, any chance I can get some feedback on Muntons ale yeast? I'm doing an Amber ale and I've heard mixed reports!
Cheers Dave

I used it once and wasn't fan, the packet was very small, not sure if that was the issue, but I never tried it again to see. After that I did some researching and it seems its not very popular. If I was stuck and had to use it again I'd use as least two packs and control ferment temps strictly, although that should be done with most yeasts. Cheers!

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
