How to program your STC1000 was created by Finnroo
Some how I got the settings way out on my unit so went strait onto you tube to Gash Slugg and got it sorted in a couple of seconds. Thanks for putting that video up Gash its very simple to follow so I wanted to post it here for members. Cheers

Hello Gash, My STC s not working properly . The light beside the cool is flashing but the fridge isnt coming on and i cant get to the other modes F! F2 but they are set right by pushing the up or down arrows. Do you think the cool wire has come away inside the unit.? ( i havnt checked the thought just came to me.) been like this for over an hour when i first noticed it.

I have tried turning unit off and on. and as well as that the fridge is working.

The fridge wont work while its flashing, its a delay feature to protect your fridge from turning off and on too fast. Its should stop flashing after a couple of minutes. Umm the f1 and f2 etc is selected from pressing the set button again after entering set mode by holding it down for a short while.

sorry that was wrong hold set till it enters set mode and you see f1 then press up and down to find the other f2 etc

Thanks for the reply, It would nt enter set mode at all. Now its fine and i think i was just noticing it in delay mode ( very hot here at the moment) and it took a while so thanks again , lesson learnt. cheers.

Kit Brew Day Tomorrow, Black Rock Pale ale and number 40 larger brew enhancer by mangrove jacks. And possibly some honey. Yeast US05 ??
3 weeks into dry July and going strong, im on the homeward stretch.
If anyone has trouble logging on , clear your computer with CCleaner or similar and youll be able to log on. Cheers
Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
