Well well well my mrs kicked me out of the kitchen she thought i was going to eat all her cheesecake she is making , she knows i love my cheese cakes.... she has has stolen this monster mash paddle and said come anywhere near it ya just wont wear it it will be shoved up ya no end and will come out ya ears.. she loves bashing this woman ...

anyway love everything about beer drinking it making it and drinking it and making it and all the equipment that goes with it and love drinking it and making it , did i tell yas i love drinking it and making it..

Anyway live out in the boondocks of the western suburbs of Melbourne... started brewing way back in 2003 i think , there has been to many milkshakes since then but unfortunately gave brewing up for awhile due to other commitments

well now have got the bug i should never have turned youtube back on to see some Home brew Network with Gash brewing beer and the videos he makes

it really got the bug reunited in me and just getting myself setup not quite ready to brew just yet , i want to make sure i have have everything set and ready to go before the first brew back returns

some good reading so far and i am looking forward to getting my first brew underway and learning from all you good brewers

Kit Brew Day Tomorrow, Black Rock Pale ale and number 40 larger brew enhancer by mangrove jacks. And possibly some honey. Yeast US05 ??

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
