Hi there fellas and fellow brewers,

I've been brewing for about 5 years and am thoroughly enjoying the learning journey. I recently found the Cellar Dweller YouTube vids and have embraced them. Great topics and very well presented with plenty of useful tips. Well done!

I'm brewing with a Grainfather and am temp controlled fermenting in a SS brew bucket and glass carboy. Squirting it all out of a 3 tap keezer. The struggle is real trying to keep 3 taps going! I have 2 fermenters fermenting furiously at all times. We're in the process of building a 10 square metre brew shed. It'll have all the bells and whistles and I'll probably upgrade to an apparently soon to be released double sized Grainfather and a big SS fermenter.

I've just developed what I hope to be a sensational pale ale recipe. Thinking of labeling it as a KIPA (kiwi pale ale) as all the ingredients apart from the yeast are from kiwiland. I hope it is a keeper as many hours were spent researching the grains and hops that are in it.

Happy brewing guys. Cheers, Jeff

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
