A new dweller in the cellar was created by PJ

Hi, I'm new to this site.
I've been brewing for a few years now after my wife bought me a basic kit for christmas and it has taken off from there. I started on kit brews and started to experiment with partial mash a wee while later. Now I have just purchased the robobrew gen 3 in the last couple of weeks and have managed to put 3 all grain brews through already.
I also do distilling, mainly sugar washes but have done a rum with molasses and corn whiskey which actually turned out quite nice.
