G'day mate, welcome! Beersmith 2 is the best and kept update with ingredients etc much more than others but it can be very confusing at first, though there are plenty of videos etc that can help you and people like us! The next best and probably easier at the start is the Brewers Friend online calculators. Those two are by far the best at the moment and for the last few years,, Most others have stopped updating and have died a slow death. Cheers!

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
