Brown Porter.

Brewed this today,ended up with 35 litres for the boil so had to do a 120 minute boil instead of the normal 60 minute,added the hops at 60 minutes and not 120 minutes Gash

hahaha Good stuff, I hope it turns out well!

Still learning my brew gear, i ended up with 5 litres too much for the boil and did 120 instead of 60 boil, ended up 1.5 litres short due to that, so i now know that up to 5 litres too much 90 minutes would be enough at most.

I still use my measuring stick, I know on my system I need 32L for a 60min boil to get my 23L + losses. If I end up with more wort then usual I boil and then check the level every 10-15 mins till its close to 32L. Saying that I also take into account the gravity of the wort, if it's the right gravity but a greater a volume so be it, it's usually only a litre maybe so I don't bother adjusting the hops, but you could easily do those adjustments in beersmith once you upped or downed the boil amount.

Have adjusted parameters as per what actually happened on brew day so above is actually what i have now as it stands.
