Best ribs in the known Universe.

2kg Pork rib racks
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 t/s paprika
1 t/s salt
1 t/s pepper
1 t/s dried chili flakes
2 cups Barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons honey

In a large pot bring about 3 liters of water to boil, reduce heat and add in pork, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper, chili flakes. Simmer for 1 hour then remove ribs and place them in a large oven tray. Cover them in your homemade barbecue sauce mixed with honey then place them in a pre heated oven uncovered at 180c or 160c fan forced for 45 mins. Brush on left over sauce every 15 minutes, remove and serve.
