Coopers NEIPA

In isolation have dug up some old stuff and found a Coopers Lager kit amongst the garage. Now wondering would this be able to be similarly attempted with this kit? From what I've read it comes with an ale yeast anyway?

If not is there any thoughts or enhancements that can be similarly applied for a lager kit?

Have just found this place via your video on youtube.

Excellent thanks, you two. Few more parts to dig up but will let you know how I go and whack up some pictures. Interestingly can't find a use by date on anything... hoping it's not from pre- use by dates!

Finally got around to it...

Ran with pretty similar
1.30 kg Pale Malt
0.40 kg Oats, Flaked
0.10 kg Caramel/Crystal Malt
30.00 g Amarillo
30.00 g Cascade
20.00 g Azacca
0.50 kg Extra Light Dry Extract

Plus the Coopers Lager kit from last millenia maybe...

Might lean more to the Azacca towards the end.

Slight issue the end of my siphon fell into the fermenter which is an annoyance. Figured it's sanitised so best to leave in there. I figured pissing about trying to find it in the darkness would risk infection. Just means I have no starting gravity.

Fingers crossed I've not ballsed it up too much and it can survive a few weeks, meanwhile I'll have to get a Turkey baster to at least figure out when it's stopped.

48 Hour dry hop of

30.00 g Amarillo (overzealous pour)
20.00 g Cascade
40.00 g Azacca

Half at 48 hours... probably drop the other half couple of days before bottling.
