Hey Brewers

Recently got some "Dragon" hop pellets from KegLand - It states to be similar to Cascade and Centennial.

Has anybody used this hop, and if so what is your feedback..... I was thinking of doing a "Dragon SMaSH", but am tentative without having a view on what to expect - (too much/little punch).

Am looking for something between an APA and an IPA

I look forward to any feedback.

Aaron

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
