So i took them out of the oven after an hour, It wasnt working for me and i could see issues, like the length of time it was going to take, so, i put them in that tiki sack bag in one of the photos and keep it turning by hand , in the and in the wind . I think im just about there. Anyway im giving it a go so soon ill know. Getting dry now so thats good. we learn as we go. cheers.

So ive just frozen 166gms of my dry hops which is great. and just kegged my first fresh hop beer. Two weeks later the hops left on the bine are much more yellow on the inside and more aromatic so ive learnt something there. and know what to look for.
Ive tasted the beer after kegging and its not really a showcase of the hops ive grown. but a very good bitter just the same, im very happy.
My next brew im going to add all my dry hops and whats left over on the vine about 150 grams aND JUST go for it and see what happens.
As always Gash ,thanks for the imput, im always moving forward with my brewing.
Giving it a go and see how i go. cheers
