M44 West Coast Ale Yeast was created by Beef
Hey, I have a Pale in the fermentasuarus, 11 days, I've never used this yeast, It has been at 1.025G for 3 days, maybe longer, never done this recipe, Smells and taste is Great, what do ya reckon, Im not in a hurry but would love to cleanup and put another one down, This brew is going in a corny keg asap, with 75g dextrose, to carb, Thoughts?

1 x 1.7kg Coopers Series Bootmaker Pale Ale
• 1 x 1.5kg Coopers Light Malt Extract
• 1 x 250g Light Dried Malt Extract (LDME)
• 1 x 150g Cracked Crystal Grain (steeped)
• 1 x 25g Mosaic Pelleted Hops (steeped)
• 1 x 25g Mosaic Pelleted Hops (dry hopped)
• 1 x 10g M44 US West Coast Ale Yeast

Gday mate, it is odd for it to stop at 1.025. hmmm thats pretty high. is it possible you're using a refractometer to take that reading?

Kit Brew Day Tomorrow, Black Rock Pale ale and number 40 larger brew enhancer by mangrove jacks. And possibly some honey. Yeast US05 ??

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
