I got excited when Gash posted a video on NovaLager yeast about 6 months ago. He had great things to say about it.
Since then, several others have posted NovaLager videos as well. It became available in the United States a couple months ago and I bought enough for three brews. After sampling my first Bohemian-style NovaLager Pilsner, I can concur with Gash that this yeast is a game-changer. Has anyone else tried it and what has your experience been?

Nice one Skid. I've not tried it. I would like to give it a go just to see. I'm pretty much locked into US05 and 04. And being narrow minded is sometimes a good this because when I try a different yeast I can really taste the difference. I'll look out for it. Cheers mate.

Kit Brew Day Tomorrow, Black Rock Pale ale and number 40 larger brew enhancer by mangrove jacks. And possibly some honey. Yeast US05 ??

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
