Better Brews Stout and IPA Kits. was created by Dullahan Brewing
Better Brews stout on the left and IPA on the right, one tsp Irish moss dropped a lot of spongy stuff out of the stout but not as much from the IPA. Will do a better right up on these when i get a chance but these are 2.1kg all malt kits though i did add a few extras and did a mininboil on each to test my kettle and whirlpool effect.

Drunken Ramblings
Kit Brew Day Tomorrow, Black Rock Pale ale and number 40 larger brew enhancer by mangrove jacks. And possibly some honey. Yeast US05 ??
3 weeks into dry July and going strong, im on the homeward stretch.

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
