Ideally this beer would be brewed with yeast cultured from a 6 pack of Coopers Pale Ale (see video below), make sure the bottles are fresh and have been stored correctly. Otherwise a Coopers Ale yeast will be ok.

Hey Gash I'm going to brew this one when i get a chance probably later this week, how did it turn out? was it just like the real deal? also how did the 600ml starter go? I was thinking of stepping it up to a litre since the last time i tried culturing coopers yeast it stalled out at 1018 but that was pretty early in my brewing and i used dextrose as per instructions on the coopers web site.
