Coopers extract, I think my bigger pot is 15l and I normally do 23l batches but 19l wouldn't bw that different I believe.

Hey Gash.... Want to brew this one, but as usual I am finding it hard to get specialty grains in Tas.

Where would you suggest to buy from online? I use National Homebrew, but they also often struggle with Yeasts and some grains.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

I just had a quick look and found this, they seem to have everything, not sure if the shop is still operating or your close etc www.brewtas.com.au/grain-malt.html

Otherwise I'd say Grain and Grape, its my local shop but also the biggest range of malt you'll get anywhere. www.grainandgrape.com.au/

The important thing in this recipe is the Munich malt, otherwise you could probably use Aussie pale malt and any medium crystal you can get your hands on. Even the munich malt could be the Aussie version, don't make the mistake my mate did and use Caramunich :) Cheers mate!

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
