Hi Brewers.
I'm looking for a Good ALL GRAIN - Citrus P. Ale Recipe. With plenty of Citrus / Galaxy Flavour.
I've tried several but cannot seam to achieve that good citrus flavour.
Followed the recipe but always find the described citrus flavour in the recipe, never seems to come through
on the finished Brew. Using a Brewzilla to Brew. I usually acheive a 75% or better Attenuation, PH 5.2 -- 5.4
I do not like high - Full bitterness so I keep the IBU's below 45.

Please send me your Fruity citrus P.A. Recipe.
Cheers
Tim

Just to let you know , ill give this some though over night but do you adjust your water and do you control your fermentation temp. Also are you keen on a NEIPA recipe, I have one from Tubedinoz and I have tried it and it also got first out of the hazies in a comp and took third overall. Cheer good to hear from you and will post again tomorrow.

Thanks Finnroo,
Yes I always use my fermenting fridge with a temp controller .
Water comes out of Filter, always achieve a 5.2 or 5.4 PH on the final brew .
All my other brews come out as expected, just looking for a recipe to give my citrus flavour.

Sorry for the late response mate. I'm not sure is the honest answer. However using the Citra type hops and centennial etc. and keeping your malt bill very basic should do the job. I've found that centennial at first wort with an 80 min boil gives quite a citrus tang in the bittering. Sorry I'm not more help, cheers and good luck. If i see anything online that may help ill post it here.

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
