Finally brewed this on 1st Sept. Brew day was ok couple of points down on OG.
Threw the enzymes in with the yeast. They certainly worked, got down to the intended FG of 1.002 after about 10 days. First dry hops are in.
Gave it a taste when dry hopping, a bit bland with no bitterness (as intended I suppose).
Will see how we go....

Will be interesting when finished, think the only thing you will taste is the dryness and the 140g of dry hops.
Still haven't found a commercial one in SA yet to compare against.

The only one I could find at short notice was Mangrove Jacks low carb enzyme. But it did the trick.

Kegging this tomorrow. Just to amaze Finnroo, it has gone down to 1.000 ??
All I can basically taste are the Nelson hops. But not too bad.
Will be a big day, kegging this, brewing an Irish Red (basically Gash's Bluey from 3 years ago), Bottling a 6.5% Ginger Beer for the wife and finally there is 23 litres of stuff that needs to be distilled, but thats illegal so wont be doing that :-)

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
