Wanted .Tooheys Old (Hunter Old) all grain recipe

I haven't brewed this and I think Tooheys would use less ingredients but I reckon this would be a tasty brew and a starting point, you could substitute the ale malt for pilsner and probably replace the munich with more base malt, but munich in any brew is good Could use cluster hops instead of POR or even some German hops, just adjust the amounts of course.
