Hi all
I have been looking for a Tooheys Old recipe for a long time now without success.
I was hoping someone here has one that they are willing to share with me.
the batch size would be 23L approx. as I only brew in 23L sizes.
hope someone can help.
thanks
Greg

I haven't brewed this and I think Tooheys would use less ingredients but I reckon this would be a tasty brew and a starting point, you could substitute the ale malt for pilsner and probably replace the munich with more base malt, but munich in any brew is good :) Could use cluster hops instead of POR or even some German hops, just adjust the amounts of course.

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
