Johno you are legend, I have a Fermentasaurus and the hop tea with Coffee plunger is great idea for getting the hops into the fermentasaurus as dry hopping at high volumes clogs the butter fly valve. Could you please be so kind to assist with temps for the hop tea? The yeast collection bottle is 500ml.

75 dec C is the recommended max to avoid adding IBU. A standard plunger is good for around 50 g hop pellet, if you want to add more simmer in a pot for 20 min but do not exceed 75deg C then strain it the old fashioned way. Add it to your empty yeast bottle at the bottom of the fermentor and open the butterfly or you could inject it with a mini keg or dosing device. Avoid air spaces that will let in O2 and one way to do this is to top the tea off with beer foam or beer.
good luck
